What tight spot do you hate? • The PC crashes just before a deadline • Miss the train and run firmly late • Emergency food stores run out before payday • The electricity cuts out • Break the factory machinery with an operational error
-Always complete stuff well before deadlines. -Private always beats public transportation (although I understand Japan has it different, NYC style) -Have a years worth of stored backup food in case of job loss or SHTF-zombie-apocolypse-Kancolle-servers-shutdown-for-good-Zun-dies-of-alcohol-poisoning emergencies. Several caches located out of my residence in nearby towns in case I lose my house or need to run from people pissed off at me. -Backup homemade kinetic generator and battery bank that always stays charged up through the mains for an emergency -THIS. This is the bane of my life. If you ever worked in a metalshop you work long hours with a deadline in the background and if you fuck up even once, it can be thousands of dollars in repair or material cost. Or you can lose an arm. Then the boss will go all Trump on you (rightfully so) and you can get fired. So far I never did anything too bad (once I forgot to set a piece well [it had an odd shape] and it started to work out midway during the milling). That pretty much is the worse though. I saw one guy who let the flame of an oxyacetylene torch touch his hose lines and the whole setup busted into flames. He was kind of an idiot though.
