No matter how many times people tell you to keep still, you're going to drift with your cart. It just FEELS like you're affecting the game as you lean into a turn.
Kinda like how mashing the A button after throwing a pokeball makes it feel like you're actually affecting the capture rate.

It did. Pressing any button affects the RNG the same way it used to be super-exploitable (remember the buy X to summon Lati@s?). People said it wasn't true because they didn't found anything in-game codes that says otherwise, but it's because they haven't actually seen it (the game code changes) while you're doing this. If you don't believe this, go on, try using 50 pokeballs without mashing A+B on full health route 1 pokemon (or wherever place with pokemons with same catch rates) and using 50 pokeballs while mashing those. I got my results: 27 pokemon caught with full hp without pressing, and astounding 42 pokemon with full HP with mashing.

It's a habit as old as gaming.
I remember when I first started playing video games swinging my arms side to side (do the mario) in mario 1 feeling like that was going to help mario move around.
I love how they're somehow drivers in the game itself. And at the same time, I hate it because now I want a Monster Musume Kart game and it will never actually be a thing.

Well given that she'd never fit in the drivers seat (because lol 7 meter long snake) and has no feet to work the peddles (again because lol snake) I wouldn't worry much.

Nah, she just needs to get a disabled driver van with hand controls, the kind people in wheelchairs use. Then the rest of the world better watch out.
