A gentleman would be less arrogant as to assume he knows what she wants/should have better than she does. Sometimes being a gentleman means going along with the flow (and with the lady's desires) unless you really aren't interested, in which case you should just say so (for the record, sex when you don't have contraceptives falls in this category).

I don't know about you, but I'd say fainting is pretty much putting an end to whatever flow is being set - especially as Bukki herself wasn't quite sure what Tokonatsu-kun wanted. She just wanted to please him.

The gentlemanly thing is to start fresh later and see where things go.
