Given the dangerous nature of Tankery, it's a bit surprising that we didn't see any medic girls alongside the officials such as the judge girls. Here's hoping we see some in a future season if it ever happens...

Probably kept away from the field, it would be bad for the medical teams to take stray shells while on standby

Or they are not interesting enough to make an appearance.

Those bullets seem to be able to destroy concretes so their destructive force isn't just limited to Tankery, and given Miho's tendency to put her whole body out of the tank whilst in the mid of battle, I'm surprised she hasn't gotten hurt yet.

That's one of the great and fun aspects of Girls und Panzer: Of course it's ridiculous that no one ever gets seriously injured in this sport. Of course it's also ridiculous that such a dangerous sport is allowed at all at schools. But, who cares, because its fun to watch! And therefore, the rules are: No one will get hurt, and tankery is totally safe. Really!

You're also forgetting other flagrant abuses of common sense, like how they declare shooting at other girls with tanks to be a "girl's sport" that doesn't interest boys, to the point that they even indirectly liken it to flower arrangement.

Or the fact that this world apparently operates schools on ludicrously oversized aircraft carriers that would realistically take tens of millions of dollars to operate every year, even for classes of only a couple hundred high school students, even when this means displacing their families to ride on the ship along with them, apparently only performing jobs in service to the crew on this carrier, like Yukari's family or whatever Maho's family did.

Honestly, there's nothing more fantastical in this series than that the schools themselves exist. Like with scientists picking apart Interstellar, there is simply no feasible scenario where putting those girls on a floating multi-billion-dollar school they let the high schoolers themselves maintain and then tell them to shoot that school up could ever in any rational way make sense.

Oh, and before I forget, let's not exclude the whole "teachers airdrop onto school grounds using modern military equipment in ludicrously unsafe ways that involve seemingly intentionally aiming to land a tank in a parking lot nobody had any assurance didn't have any people in it."

This series runs on two things: "Guys like military hardware and explosions," and "Guys like cute girls." Put those together, and you get a hit anime, so damn all common sense if that's what it takes to get to your objective!

The same thing happened with the Nanoha series. The premise was, "Guys like Gundam", and "Guys like cute girls". The rule of cool and sexy always overrides common sense in these cases.
