    実際には電源入れても冷却ファンが回らないなーと思ってケーブルを軽く引っ張ってみたら、コネクタから線がひっこ抜けたってかんじですね。
    この手の圧着ミスはこの製品には多いみたいです。

    Hang in There, Kogasa-san 1938

What actually happened is that I was wondering why the cooling fan wasn't spinning even after I plugged it in, so I gave the cable a light tug and pulled the wire right out of the connector. It seems this sort of crimping error happens a lot in these products.

... The quote "don't get cocky" applies very well here.

Reader-added tags include "It's just one thing after another", "Defective goods", and "So shocked that the image title got left off" (which it initially was).

The survey puts it all together for us:

What do you want to try assembling?
    • Plastic model kit
    • Lego blocks
    • Plastic railroad
    • Powerful home-built computer
    • That thing from Deagostini

Voted for the last item in the poll. Complicated as hell, though.

The upside is that you don't have to buy the whole kit at once.

Seriously, though - Kogasa assumes she's got everything going perfectly, and stops paying attention. That's when she (and Mizuki-sensei) get into trouble.

I was able to manage it for now!
    S'popp
    It came off...
It's not like this is a moving part, so this should do it!
    Reinforced with extra plastic
    Acrylic Adhesive
    Oops...
Now I just have to attach the connector, and—
The laser tube support base I carelessly snapped apart.
