Took my shot at finishing the translation. Feels like it fills in a small, but important detail - she was returning to a clear head, but at the last second, she starts making excuses to herself, and it's that mindset she carries going into the next image. "He thinks he's a big shot, but I'll show him!"

Had trouble figuring out what "だがフラグ" meant (it says "but flag" and...what?), but then I realized it means "but"-flag, and in this context, the "flag" is an announced prediction of the next plot twist. Not a direct translation, but one which I think makes a good analogue.
