Between this post and post #200862, I think I might have added and tagged just about all of the esoteric untagged characters from Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro left on Danbooru. Aside from Neuro and Yako it seems most of the other characters were tagged only piecemeal if at all.

Despite that, I'm still not sure who the crouching character is on the right side is with the red jacket and red shoes. Maybe Todoroki Shizuka? She's the only one in the police not accounted for somewhere, and the jacket and shoes might match her, but otherwise it doesn't look right. The shoes are vaguely feminine, but the face doesn't seem to be or match that well (the expression might have something to do with that).

Does anyone who's actually seen/read the series have any ideas?
