I think Junko was only saying Chang'e kind of like a NTR situation, where she has happiness with Hecatia that Chang'e doesn't have. Not necessarily that Junko is accidentally fantasizing she is doing it with Chang'e.

On the other hand, from Hecatia's perspective, you don't want your lover to talk about anyone else while you are doing the deed.
