This is how Comiket works for the popular non-shutter circles(Shutter circles, i.e. those who are placed at the roller doors and thus face outwards rather than inwards, so get to have people line up outside). Although one line I was in last year was both outside and inside. Took far too long.

Usually the people in the line hold signs, but sometimes it's like this where a staffer might hold it up, especially when there'd be confusion over where the line actually is (typically right at the beginning when there's a lot of long lines all ending in roughly the same area).

I know what you mean, I once go to the comicket and fukken hell. If I'm not with my firend group, I would be lost alot!

Well there when I was struggling at the moment in Comiket, "who quickly he can"!!!!

One time I bought the last doujin from a circle - the looks that I got from the people behind me...

ikr... the queue was hell.. I queued since morning and for those non-shutter circles I can only get 2 of them quickly with other one a 1 hour+ queue... Crazy winter comiket..
