Incidentally ending sentences with "est" all the time can be considered the Latin equivalent of the nanodesu verbal tic.

SHIRA*TSUYU "CRIES OF HELL" LIVE SHOW INFO!
In recent developments, our partisan fleet has broken through the infamously difficult Kis Island and is preparing to assault The Alfonsinos. Control has also been obtained over the Curry Ocean in the Western Sea district. Furthermore, the construction operation last month to increase our battleship firepower has been completed, bringing the headcount at our base to a total of 27 people (verified by Aoba).
Getting down on her hands and knees, she's somehow managed to get Tenryuu on board on drums, and even Inazuma will be taking part as the bassist. The Admiral was trying really hard not to die of laughter. Don't miss this one night of "NanoDEATH metal"! The event will be held on the third Saturday of this month from 2000 in the multi-purpose room on the 2nd floor. The password is "nanoDEATH"!
"I hear that I'm known as a 'useless Admiral synthesizer' in some other bases, but my sister told me that if I baby the Admiral, either the base's operations or her stomach would fall apart, so..." (Anonymous) --Sadly, that wasn't a joke, huh?
From the Admiral I will be holding a one-off cooking class at 1500 this Sunday. If you want to participate, please tell me or one of the secretaries by the end of Friday. Furthermore, the following members are required to attend (don't think you can run because you've sorted out your leave) Kongou Sendai Shimakaze Yuudachi
*6 original flavors have just been added! *Custom blended flavors are also accepted! *We now have more varieties of gin, rum, and ale! Recruiting part-time workers! For more details, please approach Kongou.
In particular, there are likely to be many amongst us who recall with indescribable fear the newcomer training that everyone here is required to undergo. I will admit freely that I am one of those people. Through this article, I hope that many of you will learn something new. When looking to learn about events of the past, it makes the most sense to ask the people involved directly. However, instead of refusing to speak, the Admiral ended up threatening Suzuya with a jolokia through a certain series of events.
"At that point, we didn't know much about strategizing and running the base. Now that you mention it, I didn't use stomachache medicine regularly then, so it was easier on my stomach back then, too (nanodesu)." --Come to think of it, you do get the feeling that she is the person who has changed the most. I do think she has grown quite strong. "I was quite surprised to find that the base had gone bankrupt from my construction. But the Admiral was really nice from the start~ Burning Love!" (Kongou) --On the other hand, you haven't changed at all, huh?
Not a good reflection of his people skills. As such, I have opted instead to gather material from the relatively seasoned members of the fleet. For the sake of simplicity, I have limited this to members who joined before the breakthrough at the Southwestern Islands. The secretary trio is gathered with me at the moment. I asked questions regarding the past events at the base, the Admiral, and themselves. Some members have chosen to remain anonymous.
"From the point of view of someone who's been in the rear lines, I wouldn't really say anything's changed since then. I mean, at first, we had construction going on from time to time with all of our resources thrown in. Even the battleship construction that just occurred recently used more resources than what's recorded in the logbook...I'm not sure whether to be happy that we got two battleships out of it or just bury my face in my hands." (Akashi) --This'll make for something.
"Man, when people complain about newcomer training nowadays, I kinda want to let them go through what we did in the past! You can't even compare how different things were." (Suzuya) --I hear that things weren't moderated back then as they are now. May the Lord have mercy on your souls. "I'm number one in the number of times I've been on the receiving end of the Admiral's Iron Claw!" (Shiratsuyu) --Please don't take pride in that.
"It's like we're a big family, and as always, this is a really precious place to me. But Admiral, while I respect you and I really like you and you're really dependable, please stop it with the casual sexual harassment. Recently, Akebono-chan has been looking more and more disillusioned every time I talk to her, so it's getting harder to talk to her." (Anonymous) --It's because of that amazing breastplate armor.
"At first, newcomer training had me a little uncomfortable, but since then, perhaps I've grown in enough to become an instructor. It does feel good to be able to win against the Admiral in melee combat. Having a wire saw made of Abyssal metal would have been helpful back then." (Kaga) --After all, you're one of the few monsters who can beat the Admiral in melee combat. Actually, I don't think anyone has heard of a carrier who uses a wire saw in melee combat. Please use a bow.
From the responses we've gathered, this is a wonderful place where work and play are separated cleanly. Thanks to your help, I was also able to release this month's issue. We can see that our Admiral has always been privy to some rather wild and dynamic tendencies. While it is true that there remains much to be known, it would be my pleasure if this helped you learn something. Do feel free to direct any scandalous information my way. Aoba
Shiratsuyu, at the moment, is really happy that lots of her sister ships have been joining the fleet. It doesn't look like any of them share her taste in music, though. Even after her close friend Shimakaze turned her offer to become a band member down, she's going to continue down the metalhead's path of holding a live concert. This doesn't appear to be written in 'third-person person' mode, i.e. it's not Shiratsuyu's voice but rather some imagined narrator.
Regarding regular health check-ups Health check-ups will be held at the end of every month. Please assemble at Medical Room 1 at 1000 after changing into light attire in the changing rooms. Absolutely no guns or rigging is to be brought in. In the case of unavoidable lateness or absence, please inform the in-charge Akashi as soon as possible.
Business hours Cafe: irregular Bar: 1900 - 2330 *Business hours may change depending on duty and the like. For more information, please approach the owner, Kongou.
As all of you know, our Commander wears an iron mask over his iron face, never speaking a word of his own affairs. In addition, he is a hideously open pervert. One wishes that he would at least try to hide it a little. He carries the horrible personality and work addiction that one may expect from a military man, and as most of us are aware, organizes terrifying special training sessions. He is inhuman.
With our numbers increasing and new faces appearing, it would be marvellous if we could have our newcomers learn about the history of our base. Indeed, this is what we call onko chishin. Personally, I joined the fleet following the breakthrough at the Southwestern Defense Line, and while people do recognize me as one of the old gang, at the present moment, even I am not aware of what transpired when this base was first brought to action. Let us all take this chance to reflect on and understand the past; of how this base was established and grown, and above all, of the Admiral who leads our fleet. Onko Chishin is a phrase that means "treasuring the past while learning about the present".
