    But I don't see anything about resource spending in the newspaper article. All i see are mess duty schedules, pictures of Shoukaku + Murasame, and the Hibiki's Room column.

    Akashi slipped up a few pages earlier that there were a bit more resources poured into the construction recipe than what was written on paper. Aoba promptly wrote that down in the papers.
