Koakuma is kuresento. Judging by post #1843487, she is almost certainly a woman.

What if Koa did that banking on the possibility that Kogasa would retaliate in kind...?

She represents kuresento for last couple of strips where she appeared, and kuresento's stickam profile says he's male.
