Just like Colonel Aki, Chamaji writes almost no speech maybe signs and sound effects but so much words are spoken with mere few panels.

I checked the Reitaisai 12 circle list but it doesn't seem this artist is partaking in it, pitty.

EDIT: Wait, this artist IS at Reitaisai 12. Awesome! Must get his stuff.

I watched this pic at least 5 times and only now, thanks to your comment, I noticed that while putting on the dress Suika has completely ripped it on the left side. I'm slow.
