Are you talking about 'Khan Huu' by Turbo Music? (I'm not sure about the quality of the translation in this video, but it was the only subtitled one I could find.) Apparently its raunchiness made it both incredibly controversial and very popular. The singer, nicknamed Ja Turbo, faced a lot of bias when she was interviewed by talk show host Woody Militachinda, and the Ministry of Culture almost banned her from performing concerts. The original video had over 15 million views before it was taken down.
