The vegetable juice is arguably overdoing it when there's also salad. Maybe grape juice or orange juice? (Come on, Patchouli. What do you have to lose by being hale?)
You know, as long as the salad is like the ones in the USA (in which they often contains more calories & fat than burgers, and that's often before one counts the chicken pieces in them) it shouldn't taste that bad...

Salad is not so vegetarian if I see split boiled egg. And I'd not say "vegetable juise a bit overkill", 'cause I don't know what vegetable's juice is green colored.

What? Are you one of those hardcore vegies that think ANY product from an animal is meat? Milk and Eggs don't kill the cow and Chicken. Those are considered vegetarian foods for me.

Vegan is no animal byproducts like milk, cheese, eggs, etc. vegetarian is as long as an animal is not harmed in the process of animal byproduct. Take for instance a cooked egg is not vegan but it is vegetarian.
