That looks just like Sawachika Eri in the episode of School Rumble I just watched. What the heck.

It's from a game, where Murakami Suigun was the character illustrator.

Game title is "Silvery White ~Kimi to Deatta Riyuu~", where the Japanese part translates to "the reason I met you".
