well the profile say nothing about that lizardmans have problems with daylight but they wandering around on earth to find man so it would be strange if this is the case.
I think it's more likely because her hairstyle resembles Lilly's.
You're dead on, from what I know. I found this on another Booru once, and one of the users posted that it's a reference to Katawa Shoujo. (For those who don't know the game well, Lilly is blind and the protagonist has a heart problem. With that in mind, I'm inclined to trust that user on this.)
