Are you daft or something? Youmu is a highly trained sword fighter, she can handle a sword with one hand tied behind her back and blindfolded. Plus she's half ghost so even if she does get a boo-boo, she's going to heal lickety-split.

fyi a katana is only sharp on one side, and the sharp side is facing away from her.

I dunno, it looks more like it's facing away from one leg but facing towards the other. Hard to say, perspective being what it is, but the tip is still sharp, and from the looks of it, she's rested that end right through her skirt.
