I can't tell whether this doujin cover is supposed to look like this, or if the scanner just plain out _sucked_. Probably a combination of both.

TO my eyes it is clearly the sort of card used for the cover. I don't own many, but every doujin I have has something unusual in terms of the texture or specularity etc. of the cover.
