They say there are rabbits pounding rice cakes on the moon. From left to right, the top row of capsule-toy vending machines are Tomica's toy cars, Skeleton Lights, and Robo Dachi. The bottom row are jewel accessories, magical sand, and Ultraman erasers.

Actually, that is Q-Jirou, Q-Tarou's brother, from the same series.
