Wouldn't mind Anchovy, to be quite honest... Although I'd have to buy her some better tanks, because those that she drives just pale in comparison to the German/US/Russian ones.
historically italian uses german made tanks during ww2 including the tiger. P-40 is actually a good tank but yea they should at least have better mediums such as Panzer 3 and 4.
