She's prefered as Lebercht Maass, so I think leberecht_maass_(kantai_collection) will do. We can always request implications though.

Oh, and I think she could be the German counterpart of Fubuki.

At least she's designed by the poster child of mecha musume genre, Fumikane.
So it's less likely she will get treated as main heroine like Fubuki

FWIW, English and German wikis refer to the real ship as simply "Z1 Leberecht Maass". Seems more handy than two tags - it seems like Z3 already uses that format here, in any case.
