Checked the tags against the image crossing off as I went (which took roughly forever), and that should be all of them.

(Also, bottom left: the 5 starter ships leading the way. DDs are in a square about 2/3 of image width from the bottom left - Michishio is at the other corner - then CL/CA mixed together, CV, SS, and BB in the upper right.)
