Everybody else did. Steve and Tony even had a whole comic book event, Civil War, that basically boiled down to a lovers' spat. Also, when Tony was imprisoned by his Abusive Boyfriend Armor, it was thoughts of Steve that gave him the strength to escape and carry on.
