Oh jesus fuck it's this thing! I've seen this parody before in a Precure picture, but I don't know the source and I can't find it because I don't know what it was and it's bothering me to bits.

All I remember was a gif of a Japanese idol eating ice cream, running down the street, then tripping.

Does anyone know what that is or has a video of it?
