houtou yeah (meme)
A Japanese meme from a Fuji TV program where the host, Saitou Maiko tries a bite of ice cream and runs away in excitement yelling the titular phrase and then trips and falls. Houtou is a regional dish from the Yamanashi province which was the subject of that episode.
