The brown hair girl is Moe Fukuowa, and according to the pics in RAWs of Sekatsuyo she is Sakura's trainee as well as a big fan of hers and she loves all kinds of martial arts and loves wrestling especially.

Also I love how they are featuring her in official artworks when it will take a long time until she makes her debut in the anime since I have the RAWs of the manga.
