    Has this ever happened to anyone? Breaking routine for a day or two and suddenly you feel like you absolutely must do something about it no matter what because of an incessant urge coming from your body that makes you feel like crap?

    Something simple too, like a single game you play every week or maybe a sandwich that you make a certain way every once in a while.
