Certain within shadow of doubt that the last character is Orin. The sword even resembles her cart.
Though I agree that the character is Orin because she does have 2 tails, the sword seemed to be a fire sword from God Eater and not based from her cart.
That and I think Cirno is imitating Kotomine Kirei there. Though you may argue that the claws might as well be Wolverine's notice that the 'claws' are longer than how Logan's claws are commonly depicted, not to mention the thicker bit towards the base of the blade suggesting that it's the chappe section of Kirei's sword, distinguishing it from the sword claws otherwise used by Date Masamune.
