Why would anyone do that? Not like they used bad ends for any other route. That would be stupid.

What is a point of animating the Mind of Steel bad end? A lot of people seem to be under impression that this will make Shirou into some kind of badass that will win the Grail War on his own, while in reality he is most likely will just die an unceremonious death, probably as soon as he steps out of the Church via Archer and/or Rider.

And besides we already have a Mind of Steel scenario, and it is called Fate/zero, and we know how that turned out for everyone involved.

That's because it's exactly what Kirei says and what's implied to happen. Seeing idiot Shirou actually become Kiritsugu is interesting at the very least, even if it's basically the second Fate/Zero.

What Type said. Kiritsugu is a professional. Idiot Shirou turning his own mind to steel and solo'ing the War is its own brand of awesomeness.

It might have interesting applications, but so do a lot of bad ends. Its in bad taste to do that for any characters route, so I would give up on that.
