Same cockpit placement... same landing gear placement... same cockpit escape hatch placement... same vernier rocket placement... similar length... same modular fuselage... even similar angle of view for the spacecraft.
If you can't see the similarities and the utterly obvious influences... I strongly recommend watching the actual show.
stuff that amounts to "if it has vaguely the same shape and is set in space, then it MUST be fanart, even if it wasn't intended that way"
Eeeeh... I really don't see the similarities you point at. Sure, it's a long spaceship with a cockpit and four landing legs, and it's landing on the moon, but that's far from saying it's the same ship. Wishful thinking and fanboy goggles are fine, but it's not something you should base tags on.
Oh, and even if this WAS Space: 1999, it would not have a place in the East meets West pool. Which you would know, if you'd glanced at the pool description. Or the name of the pool... Hell, it wouldn't really belong in Animified either. Also, learn what a Dutch angle is.

Fanboy goggles...? right. I understand that your lack of knowledge about the show's origins, lack of imagination and your own artistic appreciation skills prevent you from seeing the obvious... that is an original redesign of the old design, an original based in the first or fan art based in pre-production art of the old show at least.
Luna Transporter was a preproduction working name for the Eagle Transporter, when Space: 1999 was going to be a follow up/spin-off to UFO. Also, the cockpit design of the fan art is more akin to Chris Foss production art of the Luna Transporter. And instead of Moon Base Alpha, in the UFO spin-off the heros of the show were going to protect Luna City (Luna is Moon in Latin, Spanish and Italian) with these vehicles... And guess what, the title of the pixiv image is actually LUNA TRANSPORTER II (there even is LUNA CITY written in one of the buildings). I think this means that the author did his own take on the original designs and concepts that originated Space: 1999. Just sayin'...
So I guess all this and the fact that the original author has not removed the pixiv tags are viable reasons enough for the space: 1999 and eagle transporter tags. Perhaps adding the proper UFO tags will make things easier for you to understand...?
