SauceNao indexes Pixiv now, so virtually no effort was required to search it and find this: pixiv #24890951. It's got a different md5 hash, but the resolution appears to be the same, so I don't see any reason to upload the one from Pixiv.
Didn't know about SauceNao. I've switched to Googles Images over TinEye, but I'm largely ignorant of other options. (Far as moonrunes go, I refer to Romaji.org for spelling and Google Translate for comprehension.)
EDIT: And while the resolution's the same, the file size is wildly different. I'd rather upload the proper file, if that's alright.
