On second thought... no, Shizuki, this does not mean Ran has worked through her trauma. It is progress, of a sort, but now instead of repressing and trying to avoid the subject, she's acting out. She still has a lot to work through before she has a healthy emotional response to sexual matters.

Since Raku-sensei seems to play this sort of thing for laughs, I suppose Tama-chan won't be too greatly traumatized in turn by Ran's, er, learning process, but still.
