It's sort of half accepted within the fandom that #6 could be Aogami Pierce, given that he's the only character not to be even mentioned in any of the major events in Index, let alone seen. He's also described as having a lot of willpower, and Touma believes that he is incredibly strong in a fight, despite his personality. It's still unknown whether he really is a Level 0 in the first place... I kinda like this theory
