    Don't know much 'bout this one specifically, but a lot of people mess up their stretches by going too hard or too fast; overworking specific muscles is also a common problem.

    And that is if your weight/build is ideal! If your overweight, you can really mess up your body by trying to do the wrong kind of exercises.

    ② Holding that pose, twist your body slowly and widely, but not too forcefully, like you're going, "No, don't wanna". Possible typo; 体制 seems like it should be 体勢.
    ① Spread your legs wide and bring your hips way down, like you're doing a sumo stomp. Bend your arms up in a triumphant cheer pose.

    Dosukoi-usa! Dosukoi: standard sumo pre-fight exclamation, a bit like "Come get some!"
    When you twist as far as you can, it's even better if you suddenly hold your stance there.
    One swing each left and right is one rep. Repeat this about 10 times each at morning and night.
    Hip-Twisting Stretches: Doing left and right for 10 seconds each should be good.

    There are two causes broadly established for lower back and muscular pain: accumulated damage from continuous, excessive postures, and decline in muscle strength. Maintain the body and add muscle by exercising. At the same time, try making it a habit to do frequent soft bodybuilding and calisthenics that don't accumulate damage.
