A slap to the neck seems more embarrassing than damaging, IMHO. Sure, if strong enough, it might mess with coordination for a few seconds, but in all honesty, such a slap would just enrage me further...

A clean chin blow has already been proven to be a potential instant-KO against humans, as the reference to the how Meiling knocked out Sanae indicates.
