If you're familiar with the Touhou series, the reason to why she said this and reacted the way she did, was because of Satori's ability to read minds. Thus the reaction.

Basically Eiki was thinking that Satori's cloths smelled nice and she heard her and replied that Eikis cloths smelled nice too. Thus insinuating that she knows what Eiki was thinking and made her embarrassed. (She jumped the gun)
