I thought so immediately because she reminded me of Helena from Hellsing.

White/Pale skin: check,
glowing red eyes: check,
emotionless face: check.

This must be a Vampire!
Another clue is that she is drawing a person that looks like her with the same hairstyle, but she is smiling in the painting with probably her parents from her past (there is another picture from her, on the left side, as a human).
