I never got into Kamen Rider much, and Code Geass jokes aside this guy looks pretty cool.

Wizard's the exception to the first impression rule for a new rider. Mainly the fact that everyone says he looks cool compared to when Fourze, OOO, W, and Decade were first introduced.

Also helps that he's kinda like Vash the Stampede.
