Fourth ✨COMMISSION✨ for the kind Mark Silvester (IG), who wants the nice AU couple Leonardo from TMNT and Kasumi Tendo from Ranma 1/2. He asked for Leonardo in 2003 TMNT style and a rough lineart (my favorite).
