「驚くべきことがわかった」
とお医者さんは言いました。
「これは脳の活動状態を記録した写真なのだが…」
そこにはたこのような形で白く光る影が写っていました。
わたしはここにたこさんがいるのだと直感しました。
そしてようやく涙が出てきました。
それからだんだん白い影がはっきりしてくると同時に
頭の中の霧も晴れてゆきました。

すっかり元気になった今、一番楽しみなことがあります。
それは寝ることです。

"This is astonishing"

The picture showed a silhouette of a squid, shining in white light.
That's where Tako-san is, I realized.
Then the tears finally came.
Since then the white silhouette became clearer
and the fog in my head began to lift.

Now that I'm completely healthy again, there's one thing I look forward to the most.
Sleeping.
