It appears the only scandalous part is the (impressively) short length of the bottoms, the fact that they are essentially big-girl panties (sorry I really am not privy in girl's clothing terms [I wish I were]) and are only a bit higher than typical summer wear? From what I've seen of her notorious nighttime wardrobe it is a switch from standard long sleeved pajamas.
