Nope, and neither are anime screenshots or real-life selfies, but that clearly hasn't stopped the uploader from polluting the site with all three.

Technically, anime screenshots aren't entirely forbidden according to help:upload rules, but they're still extremely unlikely to get approved. I can't really think of a situation in which uploading one by itself would be justified.

Considering the user's uploads and comments have only been getting worse even after multiple feedbacks, I think a ban is probably in order.
