She's grown. Notice she doesn't even have dolljoints now.

There are dolljoints on her fingers as well. Notice how Hourai's hands are receiving close-ups.

Third and fourth panel on this page. You see her whole hand in the third, and in the fourth a close up and gives a clear view of her fingers. Notice she has no dolljoints there at all, when she should. Compare with Shanghai's hands in the later pages.

Nowhere, and that's the point. She was supposed to have the joints but she doesn't any more because she's turning human.
