Why "Come on back inside with me"? As I remember from Drei, Medi was never inside the house to begin with. Also, it's 寄る(yoru) not 戻る(modoru).

I read it fine. Alice is going back inside, and she's inviting Medicine to join her; that was my reasoning. Not a major thing, just for the record.
