An unpopular Personal Opinion Piece- It comes off.

Was having a conversation with someone earlier today.

Was trying to explain why I think Perfect Cell's armour is armour and not the exo-skeleton like Imperfect Cell.

I threw this together as a very quick reference to help explain what I was talking about.
