Kanako may be a member of the same club but if you look at her background (member of the Yamato pantheon, which is quite new relative to others) she may be the second youngest after Yuyuko or the third youngest after Yuyuko and Hijiri (Suwako would actually be older than all three despite her appearance, being a native goddess).

Eirin here would be the oldest (if rumors about her being a lunar founder are to be believed) or second oldest depending on how old one considers Yukari to be .

Yukari can just feed her beans to a gap or something and she's probably been doing that for a while.
