And it's not even because of the reduction (though if I saw that in person it would be a stab to me ol' ticker), but because of the attitude. The greatest body in the world doesn't excuse a bad personality (makes it easier to deal with though) so if a girl then loses that, all you have left is a petite girl with a bad personality.
Now to her credit, time can humble her and she actually become a decent person. But the next day? Naur, gonna need that to cook in the oven a wee bit longer.
