It's especially tragic knowing how it all ends for him. Guy was a smug jerk, but he did not deserve the ending he got (especially since he was probably the most honorable of all the enemy Masters; not that that is saying much but still)!
I partly blame Lancer. He's a nice guy and loyal to a fault, but the man knows he has a cursed beauty mark that makes women fall in love with him and this got him killed in his last life... so why doesn't he wear a scarf or a mask or something to cover the damn mark!?
