"Extremely" might be a bit, well, extreme (it's not the bottom of the barrel in terms of some of the crap we get here), but it's certainly lacking polish. If it's any consolation, it is probably the best thing this artist has ever made on her account (relatively speaking, of course).
please Respect All Art Styles Every artist has a different skill level and style. Do not mock, belittle, or insult other artists.

DeviantArt is a place for artists of all levels and styles to post their work. Danbooru is not. Read forum #399700 in case you haven't already.
This quality standard applies to your own uploads, too. Again, take a look through status:active approver:any and compare them with your own uploads. All of them fall below this standard. You could even get banned if you continue to upload them.
I meant r34.pahael.net, but rule34.xxx should also work.
Also...i heard gelbooru accept all style
I'm not familiar with Gelbooru's approval process, but their Terms of Service suggest they do have quality standards (though maybe not as strict as ours). And it's still mainly an anime/manga gallery like Danbooru. I don't know the specifics, but their Terms of Service say images will be deleted if they're too off-topic unless the quality is considered to be good enough.
I just tried upload some anthonyartisthk's art in rule34.xxx and it's not approved because of quality
I also used to want create rule34.pahael.net but it not allow to create account anymore
